This is a view from the balconly. On a clear day the horizon is 28.5 miles. I have never had to use the air conditioning and only occationally do I need a fan. The breeze is great. |
This is the floor plan of the studio, about 600 sq/ft. Enough for me and Kong. She is a seamstress and even tho... she she works in a shop she has 3 machines here for work on the side. So her corner of the room is always a mess. |
