Bell Donor: James Willis, HMC, USN RET; Chula Vista, CA. Jim received the bell from Ricky Mintzer, son of Chief Mintzer, who had the bell originally.

Bell on preliminary stand in Bowen's garage. The plan is to have the stand painted and an engraved plaque attached. Then the bell will travel to official reunions of the Perch crew.
